This legally binding agreement ("Agreement") is made between Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Clark County, Nevada ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") requesting our professional cleaning services. By booking a service through our online platform, via messaging apps, or directly over the phone, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Work and Service Guide

The specific tasks, inclusions, exclusions, and estimated man-hours for our Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning services are explicitly detailed in our Cleaning Services Guide, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Company is solely responsible for the tasks defined within the scheduled service category. Requests for tasks outside the selected scope may require upgrading the service tier or booking additional time.

2. Quotes, Pricing, and Estimates

All prices displayed on our website, quoted via phone, or estimated through our booking system are good-faith estimates based on the square footage, room count, and property details provided by the Client. The final price is subject to confirmation by our management or cleaning staff upon arrival. Should the property require intensive labor beyond the scheduled scope (e.g., extreme clutter, severe buildup, biological hazards, or undisclosed conditions), Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust the rate. Any required additional time outside the initial estimate will be billed at a rate of $50.00 per hour, per cleaner, subject to Client notification and approval prior to commencement of the extra work.

3. Payments and Deposits

To secure your appointment, an upfront deposit is required at the time of booking. All financial transactions and data are securely processed end-to-end via Stripe. Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC does not store, nor do we have direct access to, your full payment information. The remaining balance for your service will be formally captured or invoiced only after the cleaning service has been completed.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Lockout Policy

We commit specific time slots and allocate staff exclusively for your property. Therefore, any request to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be received at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your upfront deposit.
• Lockout Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled property and is unable to gain access (due to unprovided keys, incorrect access codes, security gate denial, or Client absence), the deposit will be forfeited, and you may be billed for the remaining balance of the scheduled service to cover lost wages and operational logistics.

5. Preparation, Valuables, and Liability Exclusions

Prior to our arrival, the Client is expected to secure all highly valuable, irreplaceable, or fragile items (including but not limited to cash, jewelry, fine art, antiques, and confidential documents). Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC assumes no liability for the loss of intangibles, cash, or pre-existing damages to the property.

In the unlikely event that accidental breakage or damage is caused by our staff, the Client must formally report the incident in writing within 48 hours of the service completion. Liability and resolution for proven damages directly caused by our staff are strictly capped at the replacement/repair cost, or up to three (3) times the total cost of that specific cleaning session, whichever is lower. We are fully insured and bonded within the State of Nevada.

6. Non-Solicitation of Employees

As a core protection of our business operations, the Client agrees not to solicit, recruit, or directly hire any employee, independent contractor, or former employee of Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC for home or office services outside of our corporate booking systems. This non-solicitation clause remains in effect during the term of our business relationship and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of your last scheduled service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the laws of the State of Nevada, specifically within the jurisdiction of Clark County. The Client expressly waives any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC.

Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this comprehensive policy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we may collect from you when you visit our website, use our online booking tools (BookingKoala), or communicate with us, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential personal information required to execute and optimize our premium cleaning services. This includes:

• Contact Data: Your full name, email address, and primary telephone numbers.
• Location Data: The exact physical address of the property requiring service within the Las Vegas, Henderson, or Summerlin areas. We utilize the Google Maps API Autocomplete service to verify and standardize property addresses.
• Service Details: Information regarding property size, specific cleaning requirements, access codes, and any specific instructions provided through our forms or WhatsApp communications.

2. Strict Payment Data Security

Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC operates with an institutional approach to financial security. We never locally store, intercept, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials. All financial processing, tokenization, and recurring billing are securely handled end-to-end by our authorized third-party provider, Stripe, which maintains full PCI-DSS compliance.

3. Operational Communications (SMS, WhatsApp, and Email)

By submitting a request, utilizing our booking tool, or contacting us directly, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and operational communications from our team. This includes automated text messages (SMS), WhatsApp messages, and emails regarding your quotation, appointment status, team arrival times, and billing updates. You reserve the right to opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by replying with the word STOP or contacting our corporate email.

4. Analytics, Cookies, and Third-Party Integrations

Our digital infrastructure (built on WordPress and Next.js platforms) utilizes Google Analytics (gtag) and standard cookies to track website performance, user behavior, and to optimize the online booking experience. This data is aggregated, anonymized, and strictly used for internal marketing strategies to better serve our high-net-worth demographics in Clark County. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.

5. Data Sharing and Retention

Your data is shared exclusively with necessary internal parties, including our management team and the specific cleaning personnel assigned to your property, strictly for logistical execution. We retain your contact information and service history only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the contracted services, maintain accurate internal accounting, and comply with state and federal legal requirements in the State of Nevada.

6. Your Rights Under Nevada Privacy Laws

In accordance with Nevada Senate Bill 220 and applicable privacy statutes, residents of Nevada have the right to request that operators of internet websites do not sell their covered information.
