At Y&Y Cleaning Solutions LLC, we work with standardized procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality service. Below you will find a description of each type of cleaning, its scope, and estimated working times.

Important: The times indicated are expressed in man-hours and are approximate ranges. They may vary depending on the exact size of the property, the level of accumulated dirt, the amount of furniture, and the presence of pets. Prices below are estimated at $30 USD per man-hour.

Standard Cleaning

What is a standard cleaning?

It is a service designed to keep a home clean and tidy through regular maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). It is geared towards general surface maintenance and does not include restoration work, deep stain removal, or the interior cleaning of appliances.

What is included?

Common Areas & Bedrooms

Surface dusting on accessible furniture, shelves, and nightstands.
Cleaning of tabletops, light switches, and door handles.
Cleaning of mirrors and small interior glass surfaces.
Removal of visible cobwebs in low and mid-level corners.
Making beds (if clean linens are left on the bed).
Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
Sweeping and mopping hard surface floors.
Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.

Kitchen

Cleaning and sanitizing countertops.
Surface cleaning of the backsplash.
Exterior cleaning of cabinets (visible stains and smudges only).
Sink cleaning and basic faucet polishing.
Exterior cleaning of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
Sweeping and mopping the floor.

Bathrooms

Cleaning and sanitizing the sink and countertops.
Interior and exterior cleaning of the toilet, including sanitizing the seat and base.
Cleaning the shower or tub (removal of daily buildup, not extreme accumulation).
Cleaning glass doors and mirrors.
Sweeping and mopping the floor.

What is NOT included

Interior cleaning of appliances, interior of cabinets, wet wiping of baseboards, washing blinds, cleaning walls, washing dishes, laundry, organizing personal belongings, garages, or patios.

Deep Cleaning

What is a deep cleaning?

Designed for properties that require a higher level of detail due to accumulated dust, grease, or residue, or that have not received professional cleaning in over 30 days. It is the ideal service for an initial clean before transitioning to a standard maintenance plan.

What is included?

Everything included in the Standard Cleaning, PLUS:

General Details (Entire House)

Wet wiping of baseboards and molding.
Detailed cleaning of door and window frames.
Cleaning of accessible blinds (deep dusting with a duster or dry cloth).
Cleaning of accessible ceiling fans and light fixtures.
Spot cleaning of surface stains on walls and doors.
Cleaning under light furniture (provided it is safe to move, max 25 lbs).

Deep Kitchen & Bathrooms

Degreasing of surfaces and deep cleaning of the backsplash.
Detailed cleaning of cabinet fronts (removal of accumulated grease around handles).
Exterior cleaning of the range hood.
Intensive removal of soap scum and hard water stains in showers and enclosures.
Detailed cleaning of shower tiles and exterior washing of bathroom cabinets.

What is NOT included

Interior of the oven and refrigerator (these are usually sold as add-ons for this service), interior of cabinets, individual washing of blind slats, cleaning window tracks, severe mold removal, post-construction cleaning.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

What is it?

A service designed exclusively for completely empty homes before the arrival of new occupants or after moving out. The goal is to leave the property spotless and ready for handover or move-in.

What is included?

Everything included in the Deep Cleaning, PLUS:

Property Interior

Interior cleaning of all closets and shelving.
Interior cleaning of accessible windows and detailed cleaning of window tracks.
Deep cleaning of baseboards throughout the furniture-free home.

Kitchen, Bathrooms & Laundry

Interior and exterior cleaning of all cabinets and drawers.
Interior and exterior cleaning of the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher (edges and door).
Complete sanitization of bathrooms, ready for new use.
Exterior cleaning of the washer and dryer, and accessible interior (behind/under only if on wheels or moved by client).

What is NOT included

Carpet removal, large-scale debris or trash removal, cleaning severe paint stains, industrial adhesive removal, exterior cleaning of high windows, biohazard cleaning.
